How We Ship

All Club Kiddo, orders are shipped within three business days of purchase. All products are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Domestic orders usually arrive a couple of days after they're shipped. If you'd like to pay extra for speedier delivery, please email us at hello@clubkiddo.co, and we'll do our best to make something work. International customers, please note that it could take up to 4 weeks for delivery; however, most packages arrive in a week or two. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.


International Duties and Taxes

All Club Kiddo products are shipped from the U.S. and may be subject to customs duties not included in the product price or our standard shipping and handling fee. You’ll be responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT), which may be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Customs duties are set and collected by the government of the country where your order is delivered. Sorry, we cannot discount or alter customs duties in any way, nor reimburse you for them. Duties and taxes vary by country, so please check your local regulations to calculate those costs.


Changing an Order

Because we often ship items faster than we get a chance to check every email, we can’t guarantee changes to orders that have already been placed. That said, if you need a change, email us as soon as you can at hello@clubkiddo.co and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please double check your order before completing it.


Damaged Items

We take special care to prepare and pack your items so they'll arrive to you in perfect condition. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives, to ensure we got it right. Wrong or damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of your package’s arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know right away by emailing hello@clubkiddo.co, and we'll make it right.


Wrong or Outdated Addresses

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered. Please make sure the mailing address you provide to us is correct. We can’t replace merchandise that was shipped to a wrong or outdated address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sadly, packages sometimes get lost or stolen. If a package shows through tracking that it has been delivered, we can’t be held responsible or issue refunds. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.


Our Return Policy

We want you to love your clubwear! Therefore, we do offer returns and exchanges on regular-priced apparel, as long as the return is postmarked and sent within 30 days of your order. Please be sure to read our item descriptions for sizing recommendations before you purchase. We welcome any and all questions you may have. How to Return

You can return or exchange any of our apparel and accessory products — make sure they’re unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Please drop us a line at returns@clubkiddo.co and let us know to expect it.

Next, pack up your return in the original packaging and include a note with your original order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund through your original method of payment.
